Temperature - Subterranean, with a redundant cooling system, the cellar at TDH is kept at 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the ideal temperature for wine to be aged at.

Humidity - Our cellar is kept between 60 and 70%, the optimal humidity for wine storage.

Light - Your wine will be stored in dark, private lockers, safe from UV light which can degrade the quality of your wine.

Sommelier Consultation - Members receive a 30 minute complimentary consultation with our in-house Sommelier, Robert Gomez, each year. We can help you properly inventory and catalog your collection so you know what you have and can properly insure it. If you are looking to grow your collection or better understand what wines will complement your collection, we can help with that as well.

Cellar Management - All Drayman House locker memberships include a complimentary membership to the cellar management solution, Opus by InVintory. This app-based program will allow you to organize and track your cellar on your own or in collaboration with TDH’s Sommelier. Get market values of individual bottles and your total collection from independent sources. Keep track of your wine from the moment of purchase until it is placed in your locker. Explore your collection breakdown and past activity with interactive charts and graphs.

Security is a top priority for us. All access points to the building and cellar are RFID restricted and accessible only by members as well as recorded by video surveillance. Every personal cellar is locked with a pad lock as well.
